No..corruption cannot be taxed under FBT...because FBT is on fringe benefit..not on fraudulent benefit...and also it is an indirect way of getting additional benefit..and FBT is direct tax..so it is not possible to charge direct tax on indirect income.
May be government can levy some indirect tax (excise, VAT, Service Tax, Custom Duty....options are many....)

Corrupt persons are taxed in many ways. 1. They don't get peace of mind.2. Whatever they make, they pay to other corrupt people or self financing colleges or for treatment in High Tech Hospitals.3. They always live in the fear of police and the courts of law. These are the taxes they are paying.Is it enough.
