In UK it's prescription only I think. My daughter had them years ago when she was about 8 - you only need to take about 4 tablets

zentel is the best but in some countries u might need a prescription.
over the counter, u can get ciplex. but if u go to the pharmacy, they can give u something, depending on what is available.
