bring any sort of plastic box with lid .. put some small holes in it for respiration ...

get some soil from a garden or even better try plant composit (the fertilizer) and fill the box with!!

now stick in the worms in, add tiny tiny amount of water just to make it a bit damp .. and keep in a refrigerator .. worms should live happily there for months ..

try feeding them occasinaly with pieces of apples or potato skins ..etc they love it ..

[ofcourse u just asking how to make a bait box not how to grow worms .. so sorry for the long answer .. just read the first 2 lines].

I do this alot, Its a good way to have fishing bait handy.
get a box about 1 foot by 1 foot, throw some good soil in. Shred some newspaper and throw it in and mix.( worms eat this). then, if you have a dog or cat, collect their poop and throw that in and mix aswell.

Happy Worming!

Go to McDonalds, buy a large coffee (69 cents) with a lid, dump the coffee, add worms and dirt, replace lid.

Use a coffee can. Be sure to punch a few holes in the lid.
