My 10 year old Lab has warts on skin of her neck. Dangerous?

If the diagnosis is warts or skin tags then there is no danger unles they start getting knocked about and start bleeding.
It's best to have these things properly diagnosed as some growths can be cancerous but can removed early with positive results. Good luck
