Put on the fire if you have one, a CD of outdoor noises, ambience or whatever they call it, darken the room completely, light a few candles, prepare food, be it lunch/dinner, anything, lay out a picnic rug in the middle of the room (any room as long as it's secluded) and just be together for the time. Mix anything her, maybe a movie as well. That's if you can just stay home, tell her to imagine you're far away etc.
If you have to go out, cinema, bowling, etc. are pretty corny but maybe okay. Mini golf if there is an indoor one nearby perhaps gives the chance for contact and fun. Use your imagination. Good luck, and let us know what you choose

Take her to a motel about 30 miles south. That should make her happy.
