Sounds like you are experiencing cramps. This is a slight lack of circulation (of oxgyen) the rest of the leg. This can happen when you sit or lie down for too long or a long period of time.

Another reason is possible the muscles feeling uptight (being some emotional stress), so you may need to include some excerise that releases them.

Or you may be doing too much (if you already have a lifestyle of doing excerises) that your body is saying to you that too much.

Try putting some warmth on that area for a while to release the tight circulation for a several hours at a time to ease that part.

If this doesn't help, consult a doctor for other options.

because there is no longer some thing they can do previously then. At 8 wks they can do an ultrasound to confirm if each little thing is okay and start up operating the mandatory bloodtests. each so often previously that you're going to confirm only the Nurse to have workplace artwork executed and get supplements and all of that yet till round 8 wks they can't quite do some thing else. i bypass to non-public Dr now yet I went to a health middle for my 2d son yet a private Dr for my 1st. on the health middle there have been 3 outstanding Dr's besides the undeniable fact that so it wasn't as very like a health middle in that city because it truly is right here. the position i stay now if I had to bypass to the health middle there are 10 Dr there and also you do not understand which one you'd be seeing.
