first of all is VOLKSWAGEN... not voltz.
second, you are never going to find a new beetle for under 8 grand.
You may be able to find a used beetle for that amount, although it probably has a lot of miles on it, and possibly a rebuilt title for 8thousand.

"New" meaning "not used"? You can't.
"New" meaning "new style"? They lose value literally overnight, and finding it for 30% of its original value after 3-4 years is a snap.

I dont think you will find a new one for that price. But you can find a used one for that much or less. Try craigslist.
