We are made in His image, are you above being insulted? When we are hurt in any way we feel insulted by the person's ignorance. God is a God of feelings, yes we insult HIM everyday with our sinful thoughts, deeds and actions.

Remember the nursery rhyme "sticks & stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me." ? Insulting or talking against God is called Blastphemey and God has clearly stated NOT to do it.

Depends on the God you believe in. He could be jealous, angry, vindictive, compassionate, loving, etc. Most people's conception of God is very much influenced by the culture, education, and church dogma they embraced. Therefore, to some he could very be insulted, to others never.

Great question-I think yes, simply by the way we all are living. Nobody is perfect, including myself, but its all about the way we handle our imperfections, and many dont feel sorry for their mistakes, or fel there is a way to right their wrongs. Also any time someone says "Oh my God" we are using the Lord's name in vein and that really annoys me.

It depends on whether God or anyone else "chooses to be insulted"
We all choose to experience what we feel (anger, happy,etc)
It is up to the individual to choose to ":feel insulted" by comments of others. In other words, it is how one chooses to remain "objective" / "detached" from others and not choosing to react on the actions of another.

Oh sure He gets insults every day, but He is not insulted. Neither am I when my kids tell me "I hate you" or "you are mean to me" when I tell them to clean their rooms lol.
A loving parent doesn't let these things get under their skin. Neither does God, He's above all that :)

If he came down to earth today and watched a show like MTV or something I think hed start crying.
But none the less, he loves us no matter what. Hes amazing. <3
