Would this help? I start at low C and I go up as high as I can to a middle F, while trying to match the pitch. And I do that 123 thing (CEG, DFA,EGB). I practice for about 20 minutes. Is that enough? Will it make me have a stronger voiee or are there other exercises? I would ask my vocal teacher but she is out for all of January and Febuary.

Your vocal cords are actually two strands of muscle and tendon that vibrate as air passes through to make sound. So, because you're dealing with muscle, just like any other muscle, if you want to get stronger you have to "work-out" thoroughly. To answer your question, "Is that enough?", no it's not enough. What you're doing is about the eqivalent of someone going to the gym, doing bench press for 20 minutes and hoping to get a good full body workout. You need to incorporate more exercises to get stronger and improve agility, just like an athlete. Your voice teacher should be able to help you learn more exercises. Hopefully you haven't been studying with him/her very long, thus the reason you don't know many yet. To answer your other two questions, "Will it make me have a stronger voice/other exercises?", there's not enough space here to cover even the basics on how to increase strength. Again, rely on your teacher to help you there. But also consider that your age plays an important factor. It's a process, and you will get better and stronger with time and lots of practice. There are tons of exercises, but again, ask your teacher. I hesitate to even suggest any because I would want to hear your voice and ability before I recommended some. Stick with what you have for now, and be patient with your teacher. However, I do encourage you to insist that he/she teach you more than one exercise asap, otherwise you might consider taking lessons from someone else.

Sit crossed legged and close your mouth and take a quick inhaling and exhaling 20 times and then the 21st time take a deep breath and hold it as long as possible and then release it slowly through the nose. Take a few minutes rest breathing normally and start the exercise once again . Do this three or for times in one sitting. You can have any number of sittings a day as time permits you and this .is known as bhastrika pranayanam ( breathing exercise, very best and it improves your lung power to the maximum and clears your throat out of mucos etc and besides it is a must as this controls BP, improves circulation of blood whole through the body, prevent lung diseases, increases the brain power, will never get cough or cold and controls your anger and other violent emotions, brings in crimson complextion to the face etc, etc)

You want projection in your voice, but some people don't have large enough vocal chords to project that decibal loud enough.

Projection is in my voice and it was discovered back in 1977 when during a practice session for the High School band I had to deliver a note to a teacher and the band was playing so loudly that I talked loudly so she could hear my voice.

When the band stopped playing she told me I have one powerful projective voice that she heard everything I said over the band music.
So I wanted to be a singer from that point on, but then who knows what we become even though, our dreams are on things and we take a path that leads to another.
My music can be heard at http://www.garageband.com/artist/al_rozz

There are some songs that you can hear my voice project.

To answer your question, you cannot stretch your chords more than nature will allow unless you have surgery and I wouldn't recommend that unless your an etablished artist selling Platinum CD's.

Sing, sing sing without pushing.
Practice in short spurts without trying to balst the roof off. Breathing right is really the key to strong singing.

The best way to make your voice stronger is to practice. Period.
