What a silly question...those features are not connected at all!
What if a skinny person, with a skinny nose gets fat, would his nose get fat too?

No. I'm on the slim side but my nose does not match with my proportions, IMO. It has to do with my heritage though, not my shape. I've seen people that were obeise with very small, cute noses. It just depends on your genes.
For one thing, your nose is not made up of fat cells, but cartilage. Cartilage does not gain weight when you do so your nose will always stay the size it is, unless it either breaks or you are still young and have more growing to do.

To be trustworthy its kinda the two. I wouldnt have theory two times approximately your nostril in case you didnt element it out. Its very familiar. considering that your darker skinned the wideness of you nostril is admired yet organic. I word it maximum because of the fact I stay in a white community with purely 2 colored little ones in my college of 2000. however the bridge is skinny. What i observed maximum inspite of the incontrovertible fact that exchange into your hiar and eyes. Your eyes have just about a female touch and you hair mskes me curious as to what you do to it to make it appear like that.

I was skinny and then fat, and skinny and fat again...but nothing changed with my nose!
it has nothing to do with those skinny or fat problems!

I would say that 9 times out of 10 they are in relative proportion. However, I think your brain might be too small with such a dumb question...
