I like Sharp Cheddar Wisconsin Cheese, Baby Swiss from Lena Illinois, Danish Bleu Cheese, and about any good Swiiss cheese.

I love Swiss, pepper Jack, and Provolone with Garlic Bologna, I love most cheese except for the strong ones like blue cheese and Limburger.

I like most cheeses, I usually have at least 3 or 4 kinds in the fridge at any given moment...
Top picks at our house are: brie, camembert, parmesan, sharp sheddar, fresh baby mozarella, jarlsburg, rouy, oka, raclette, cumin havarti, chevre.....
Not a huge fan of bleu, but even that is good once in a while spread thin on a graham cracker! (sounds weird, but worth a try!)
