You will be feeling tired and dizzy from the prolonged migraine.
I would consider making an appointment with ur GP, it could be the start of flu......x

I don't want to alarm you but about 4 months ago I thought I was having a migraine and had the same symptoms you describe..I ended up in hospital with Viral Meningitis...I'm not saying this is what you have but shouldn't you at least call your GP?

if your still feeling unweel then call your doctor asap and get an emergency appointment if you cant get to your doctors then ask them for a home visit. Idf for some reason they cant do either of these and you still have the chest pain then get yourself down to the a and e department at your local hospital. Better to be safe than sorry. good luck

Make an emergency appointment with your doctor if you are genuinely concerned. There will be a duty doctor who should be able to see you the same day. Hope you get well soon :)
