I don't know about "websites" but there are a couple of really good books on palmistry out there that are worth your consideration more so than a website that really will only skim the surface in most cases.
Discover Yourself through Palm Reading by Rita Robinson is a very good primer and has both pictures as well as photos, making the lines very easy to see.
Another really good book is The Palmistry Workbook by Laeticia Valverde, a really well laid out workbook. A good resource.
These two books go deep into palmistry and will enable you to actually work with your own hands and then move on to others.
Many websites out there are actually folks trying to sell their palm reading talent. You will find more sites that want to read your palm for a price than actual sites that will give you anywhere as much information as these two books.
Have fun.

Hello Gracey, While there are quite a few websites that present 'online palm reading experiences' - including the oportunity to observe certain characteristics of your own hands - one should not expect anything from those websites. For, the purpose of those applications can always be classified under the header "entertainment only" - just like probably all online applications of astrology. Nevertheless, the first source below presents you an introduction to the basics of "scientific palm reading", and you can also decide to join a palmistry forum where you can ask questions about your own hands (your questions will likely be answered by some palmistry experts) - see the second source below. Probably you didn't expect this answer, but I hope it will be helpful to you. Greetings from The Netherlands, Martijn.

You don't need a website to tell you how to tell the future by looking at your hand, I'll tell you how:
1) Hold your hand out in front of you (if you are left handed, use your left hand. If you are right handed, use your right hand. If you are ambidextrous, you can use both).
2) Take a look at it and note the colour of the palm.
3) Slap yourself HARD in the face.
4) Do it again.
5) Do it again.
6) And again.
7) And again.
8) And again.
9) One more time, make it a hard one.
10) Now, look at the palm of your hand again.
11) If the palm of your hand is redder than it was before, I can accurately predict your face will hurt for some time.
12) If the palm of your hand hasn't changed colour you are not doing it right! Go back to step 1.

I think accurate palmistry is an oxymoron.

I suspect that they are as accurate as real life palm readers. That is, not at all.
