The stomach muscles can be toned to withstand a tremendous pressure. There have been lots of guys that will lay down between some ramps and allow a truck to drive across their gut. It would certainly hurt me or any other "normal" person since our abs are not toned to that extreme....could hurt us to the point of killing us by rupturing organs or intestines.

In the world of martial arts the person learns to center his chi & go zen. When your chi your body is in line with the universe. When your zen its kinda like leaving your body. My husband has tons of martial arts training & this is how he explained it to me. I know that from watching someone who is zen they dont feel any or at least as much pain. My husband broke his hand, went "zen" & sat in the ER waiting room for 6 hours. When his concentration was broken & he left his zen state he was in a lot of pain.

it depends if he is a muscular guy. Cuz I stomped my foot okay not jump but stomed on this guy stomch while he was layin down, he almost died.... and then farted so stinky smells like rotten eggs.. but i got punched at the monkey for that...so dont' do this without permission
