I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

A sight with some really cool diet calculators and interesting calorie counting calculators is here. Check it out.

Stay motivated, and get up and walk every day. I seriously lost all my weight starting off my day on my walk.

Good LUCK!

.You can easily lose weight by doing the following yogic exercises everyday and you will see the remarkable change in you..
1. Arathamathesendrasan (reduces the folds on the side)
2. bhujangasan ( reduces the fat & creases on the back)
3. halasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases)
4. dhanurasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases)
5. sarvangasan ( controls the whole body to perfection)
6. mathsyasan ( increases the chest & reduces the stomach)
7. nauli kriya ( the best for stomach)
8. mayurasan ( very difficult but best for the belly )
9. bhastrika pranayanam ( breathing exercise, very best and must as this controls BP, prevent lung diseases, increases the brain power, will never get cough or cold and controls your anger and other violent emotions, brings in crimson complextion to the face etc, etc)
10. sevasan. ( This is the last exercise and this removes all the stress and strain of all the above exercises

Do all these exercises every day in the morning before breakfast and after nature calls because both your stomach & intestines should be empty while you do this . Do it regularly for 1 month with confidence and see the magic.

Wow that's unbelievable

Are u from South Africa? u use kg...

OK here's how....u have to cut out all fatty foods..i know that's always a disaster...but you better of without it.
Drink loads of water.....even when u hungry fill up on that.
Eat fruits and veg's....try to grill your meat and fish and so on...don't use oil...maybe just a bit of olive oil but basically change your way of eating...do it in steps...don't have white bread...rather have wholewheat or health bread....have low fat or no fat everything....realize that the changes wont be overnight but your body will be more happier...u will eventually see the difference. Also don't join a gym unless you get a personal trainer that will be there with you. if u cant afford one...take an occasional walk around the block or down the road...just walk...u don't have to do drastic workouts....Lastly if you don't want the above advise....GO AND SEE A DIETITIAN..they work wonders for a bit of money..

Good luck :)

Fasting melts pounds fast. You can lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks...but I doubt thats healthy.
The Atkins Diet works but isn't fun.
But there really isn't an easy way....just cut calories.
Cut out sodas
Drink Green Tea.

If you want it REALLY simple: Burn more calories than you take in. 3500 calories = 1 LBS.

Revamp your diet: Healthy unprocessed food only, no junk food (unless you really can stop at 5 chips), small and frequent portions, and exercise. Walk everywhere, and move as much as you can. That's it.
