It takes a long time to get into good shape and it take discipline to stay there. It is easy to tell yourself that the exercising that you are doing is not doing you any go; telling yourself that give you an excuse to quite. Get an opinion of your progress from someone you trust.
Keep working out and make sure to eat healthy. Do not try to starve yourself. If you work out for a month and do not see any improvement it would be a good idea to get some medical advice.

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

A sight with some really cool diet calculators and interesting calorie counting calculators is here. Check it out.

Stay motivated, and get up and walk every day. I seriously lost all my weight starting off my day on my walk.

Good LUCK!

It sounds like you are really doing 'great', yet you do not mention the food intake?? are you eating fast foods? fried foods? a lot of meat and just alot of food on your plate?

Do you eat 3 large meals a day or 6 small meals, keep a food diary. Also of what you drink beside the water.

Do this for every single thing you put in your mouth for a week or two, you may be surprised!

Yogurt helps also in between meals, baby carrots for fiber, oatmeal anytime.

Keep working at it - it will work for you.
good luck

You are eating less but what are you eating? Are you eating more fruit and vegetables and foods that are low in fat, because if you were you should have seen a change, even if it is a small one.

I would continue on your program for another week or so and if you still don't get any results I think that you will have to re-think what you are doing, as at the moment you are probably building muscle and as muscle weighs more than fat, maybe this is why you aren't seeing a change on the scales

What are you eating? If we eat more than we need, even if it is one biscuit, we will gain weight. Count your calories and make sure that you are really eating the right amount.

You are probably at a weight plateau. I don't know your height/weight ratio, however everyone has a healthy and "happy" weight for their body. You might be at yours. Oh, don't eat after 5 p.m.

All these activities will boost up your metabolism and if you eat less you will lose weight. But not overnight.
