We have that stuff called benefiber..its completely tasteless fiber supplement powder and I've found myself adding it to almost everything lately. Is it possible to get TOO much fiber in one day?

yes, you can ingest too much fiber.

with that supplement you would have to use 10 servings a day just to get the daily requirement of fiber which is 30 grams...

too much insoluble fiber can bind to certain vitamins and minerals like iron, calcium, magnesium and iron. created a deficiency of those minerals.

read the instructions on the packaging!
the main reason for eating fiber is to help things flow thru, so it wouldn't block you up quite the opposite.

make sure you drink enough water with it. if you feel weird then lessen your intake.

one bad thing i know about excess fiber is the gas. that's nasty.
