change banks and payoff what you owe. othewise you're stuck. because the chexsystems is a network you cannot escape execpt by using companies not affiliated with and who don't use chexsystems, because chexsystems is a collections agency that steps in to payoff the company to whom you wrote a bad check and then charges you the original amount plus interest. a competitor of theirs in my area is epn when my bank bounced a check to my employer without my orders or concent; I ended up paying $135.00 to the bank and EPN Inc. for an orginally $15.00 transaction. rotten ex-bank.
