Can some one help me with this question please?

Should I have 2 windows media players 11 in my add and remove programs? One of them says windows media player 11 runtime and the other one says windows media player 11.

yes one is runtime files needed ro run the WMP11 and other is the program

no you might want to uninstall them both and reinstall
