title's stupid i know. look everyone i m a strong christian catholic at that but when i ask questions i want someone to actually answer them not tell me to grow up or ditch the guy i love. yeah i insult people when i think they are being stupid and if u wanna insult me fine but atleast answer my questions. this is getting so agervating. so if anyone out there is kind enough to help cause u know this is yahoo answers where ur suppost to answer questions.... my 16 yr old boyfriend is going to have his 17th b-day this summer and it will be his golden b-day does anyone have any ideas as to what we could do besides just go see a movie and have dinner... i'm not gonna have sex w/ him so forget that one. it would be most helpful thnx

If its in the summer time throw a surprise BBQ with just a few friends...Then when they are gone you two can have some quiet time and do something with just you two....dinner for two candlelight, rent some old romance/comedy, or take up a fun activitiy...bowling, martial arts, crafts...there are a lot of things you can do....Good Luck...

I'm so pleased to hear that you are not going to have sex. Ok I am a mom I'm 48 and I really remember what it was like being your age it stinks to young to do certain things & your not old enough to do the OTHER other things like a club or somthing Like that. Maybe go to an amusement park (I don't know where you r so I don't no the TEMP(weather) or mabe a museum, park to walk & feed the animals. I'm in 20 degree wheather right now so what you chose is the best idea I can think of UNLESS YOU HAVE A SUPRISE PARTY OR ANY PARTY With Adult supervision so you do not get blamed fo some one elses misconduct

If you want to do something just the two of you, you could go to the beach at night time or when the sun sets and have a picnic. Maybe do this after a day out with friends by following suggestions other people have left you (bowling etc), and end it at the beach together. It shows you've thought this out just a little more and could even be a great way to give his present - make him wait for it, it'll drive him nuts (I hate waiting for presents!!). It doesn't always have to be about sex.
Can I ask why it's his golden birthday?

I remember what I did for my bf when he turned 17, and that was 5 years ago, and every year on his birthday he talkes about it! Have a pick nick - sounds silly but very romantic. Make evrything yourself, dont buy ready made food, make small snacks, have some drinks, soft music in the background, and spend the night talking! If you want, put out some candles! Be creative, and have fun.... not talking about sex, just have a good time! Good Luck

5 years from now i want to be out of school and properly into the making plans of establishing my first organisation. Spiritually i desire to have a more effective perfect relationship with God. you could go bowling, go to a library and read a book, or go out to a nice outdoor place and relax, or if you are both religious, read the bible. There are many things for young people to do. Go exploring and find a new place to hang out.

why will it be his golden birthday? anyway,there is alot to do at your age,putt putt,bowling,shooting pool,skating,go to the mall,take him to the races(every real man like to watch the races)look through your local phone book for ideas,look on the web,for attractions in your home town.have fun!
