Loosing weight is so basic. Exercise and eat light. You have to burn more calories than you take in. In my experience, don't do any stupid diets (south beach, carb. , etc.) just eat based on calories and exercise like a maniac. Also, loosing 20 lbs. has to do with how much fat you have to loose. If you are like....5'3 like me and weigh 160 lbs. , you can do it. However, if you are at the bottom of your weight class, like me, it is really hard to loose even 2-3 lbs. Get it?

Unless you plan to do something dramatic, don't expect more than about 2 lbs a week....too fast isn't healthy. When I went to Navy boot camp, I gained 4 lbs and lost 7 inches off my waist (I was a "big boy" lol) in 4 weeks, but that was with being forced to eat 3 squares a day (moderately portioned), and exercise rigorously (i.e. run my @$$ off!!!) 3 times a week, with no less than 20 min. calesthenics and no less than 20 min of cardio (remember my running?). Of course I was a smart-mouth too, so I got some extra exercise here and there, and lived a VERY active lifestyle in boot....we marched EVERYWHERE. Of course as soon as boot was over, I was unable to maintain this lifestyle due to a nasty intrusion by the "Real World".....had to work, wanted to relax occassionally.....and I gained most of my body-fat back. Moral of the story: Lose it slow so your life has time to assimilate all the changes you make, or it's gonna come back and come back quick, and you'll burn out and then you'll get nowhere fast.

We see hundreds and hundreds of those weight loss questions an afternoon, what makes you suppose your query is any extraordinary! Just learn them alternatively of losing different folks's time!! Any means, you'll be able to lose round one or two kilos every week. Don't pass to the health club two days in a row, do prime depth period coaching, and feature some thing healthful to devour after completing your exercise. And hold consuming water, do not quit. Also scale down at the junk meals, have plenty of fruit and veggies.

IT IS POSSIBLE!! You can lose that weight in as little as 3-4 weeks no problem. Follow the Atkins diet and run everyday 5 miles at your peak heart rate. Running too fast or for too long will start to burn muscle for energy. Cut your carbs to 20 just like the Atkins induction phase. You will be crapping your brains out and peeing like a race horse. But your ridding your body of all that excess water and fat. You will be light headed and fatigued but keep pushing on. Drinks lot of water and your set. Everyone told me it was impossible to lose that kind of weight in that time period but I proved that wrong with a overall weight lose of 60 lbs in 3 months. NO BS.

Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.

But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note-- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.

So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. Learn how to nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. See site below.

I lost 30 pounds in one week. It was easy. I had my kidney removed. I hope hearing something like this will let you know that rapid weight loss is not a good thing.
