Well, I went through and it seemed pretty straightforward to me. I went to the sight, saw a search bar. As I didn't want to do anything naughty, I decided to search for the word "legal", those torrents are always being sneaky.... Anyway, I click this wholesome looking file called "Barely Legal 22" and there's a download button right below it.... Now, if you mean how to actually download torrents in general, well here's how it goes.

Basicly, when you go to a torrent website, they give you a file that has a name of a tracker for a torrent, and some other information, it's a small file, so takes no time to download at first. You then open this file in a bittorrent client, you can try bitcommet, azureus, BitLord, CTorrent or anything else on this long list:

Basicly, open it up with any of those, and it'll start downloading, and downloading to other people... I warn you though, it isn't legal to do this with any files that are under copyright, so I wouldn't recommend it, the MPAA and RIAA are always watching! You need a torrent client such as Utorrent (link below) it's free, install that first, search for your file you want to exchange (share), download the torrent stub (has the extension *.torrent and the * is the file name) to your desktop, the torrent stub gives the tracker information that tells your client program who is sharing the file. Next double click on the stub or drag it onto your torrent client, select from the list which parts of the file you want or just click ok if you are happy with all listed portions. Your file should now start downloading (slowly at first) as you begin to share it with others as well. The more people sharing the file the faster it will download. Good luck!
