YES!! trust me on this...if you like him and you pick up signals from him then u HAVE to do something!! just make an effort to show him how u feel.. be extra flirty so he picks up on it.
and remember guys are pretty simple when it comes to a girl they like..if u think he's flirting then he definitly is!

Ive been waiting for a guy for over two years!!! i always picked up on the chemistry but thought i was just being silly because he was seeing other people...little did I know..he fought and broke up with atleast 2 because he'd spend so much time talking about me!..and I only found that out now! when we fiiinaly got together..and I tell u it is amazing! and i definitely regret never making a move earlier!! because it was me who made the 1st move even now!..If I'd just been a bit more sure of myself before I would have spent the last 2 years with this wonderful guy!

I have liked this one guy for ages but was always to shy to make a move or it never seemed the right time to confess my utter devotion! I did try one night (with huge amounts of peachsnapps going through my system) to tell him or rather make my move but the three times I tried to tell him(yeah in the one night!!) we kept gettign interupted just as the words were coming out of my mouth by three girls he was with BEFORE!!! It really made me mad cause I really thought he wanted to be with me too!! I say just go for it, theres never the right moment or time beleive me I should know!! I ruined plenty of opportunites in the past and I wish I had just took the bull by the horns and gone for it, at least I would have know for sure how he feels.

Yes many times. He was often too shy to make the first move and so was I. This explains why quiet men end up with flirtatious girls because they are too scared to ask the quiter girls out. Neither of them make the first move.

Fear of rejection - which is what men have to go through time and time again. If necessary make the first move but let him make the second, third etc.

I thought it was un-girl-like so i didnt try. Too bad the opportunity passed, now i realise it was a blessing in disguise though. So happy it didn't happen but i dont regret ever wanting it to.
