Big Bear Attractions....Besides Skiing?

Going to Big Bear this weekend. I'm with someone that does not ski, so looking for other things to do. Any suggestions?

If you are not a skiier, make sureyou at least go down the Alpine Slide, which is a blast. Take one of the great hikes or wander around the town. There are lots of shops, restaurants, arcades. There is also a fun bowling alley.

horseback riding, hiking, shopping, restaurants, etc. And yes, do go down the Alpine slope, it is a lot of fun. Also, there is a small zoo there as well, Moonlight Ridge Zoo.
