No, the Holy Spirit is actually God. I haven't quite got it figured out, but when you're born again, you actually get a piece of God living inside you. Pretty amazing.

Wot makes you a person?? if you think your body makes you a person then no the Holy Spirit is not a person.

But if you think of the things that make you you the things you can't kind of explain if you think that makes you a person then yeah maybe the Holy Spirit is a person.

The Holy Spirit dwells in us when we ask Jesus to become our personal Saviour.

It depends what you think a person is but The Holy Spirit is the Power of God, The Holy Spirit was the creater of the world and the one who raised Jesus from the dead!!

The Holy Spirit is spirit. That's why it's called Holy Spirit and not Holy Person.

No, the Holy Spirit is another vague invisible being that Christians believe exists. There really isn't much of a definition for it. However, the Bible does say that if you blaspheme against the Holy Spirit, such as by denying its existence, then that is the only really unforgivable sin that will send you to hell with no chance of mercy.

The Holy Spirit really doesn't exist, though, so I wouldn't worry about offending it. The Holy Spirit is yet another part of the Christian superstition. God doesn't exist either. And Jesus, if he existed, was just a man who has long been dead now.

If you are willing to accept an unproven answer, and accept the baseline assumption that you are asking a Christian, then I can answer no, the Holy Spirit is part of the trinity that makes up one God (father, son and holday spirit).
