Right now the right bottom part of of my abdomin is swollen, not sure when it got that swollen sometime this week. Since christmas there has been an irritation or slight pain in that area, where when i wear my belt or if i am wearing a tight ban around it , it gets irritated. Now since sunday i been hearing a lot of noises coming from my abdominal and stomach area, like gas is moving around, its the first time i had this before and it doesnt deal with hunger. So does anyone had this problem or had experience with this before?

Don't mess with abdominal pain and swelling, get to emergency and have the doctor look at it, could be very serious. If you are female, might you be pregnant?. Not knowing sex and age it is hard to get a grip on what you have. Rather be safe than sorry, go today, right now is even better.

it might be a partial bowel obstruction especially if you've had nausea and vomiting with the pain, and the pain is colicky (on and off), or if you've had constipation.your bowels can sense the obstruction and try to get rid of it by moving a lot, that's why you hear all the noise or in medical terms "hyperactive bowel sounds"!
the partial obstruction can also cause stomach distention.
polyps, foreign bodies, or even fiber from your food could cause partial obstruction
go see your doctor and meanwhile drink lots of liquids and try to use food with a laxative effect
hope you feel better!

It could be anything as simple as a pulled stomach muscle {too much action at xmas, just kidding) or as serious as your appendix. only a doctor can really diagnose you and like everyone else suggested thats what you should do as soon as possible. Remember early diagnoses always have a higher percentage of being cured. Please go to the doctor.

Not sure but, it doesn't sound right. You need to go to the doctor. It might be nothing at all but, you know that is where your appendix is. You don't want to mess around with that. Just to be safe, go see your doctor. Feel better.

This calls for a doctor's help. It sounds like appendicitis or maybe a bowel infection.
Nevertheless, I think you need to see a doctor a.s.a.p.

Yikes! Go to the hospital dude, your appendix could be about to burst. If this happens, it can be fatal! I'm not joking, I'm a nursing student.

I wouldn't ask here, hon, unless there is a medical doctor here. My best answer would be to go to your doctor and yourself checked out. I hope nothing is wrong, I hope you feel better.
