Right now the right bottom part of of my abdomin is swollen, not sure when it got that swollen sometime this week. Since christmas there has been an irritation or slight pain in that area, where when i wear my belt or if i am wearing a tight ban around it , it gets irritated. Now since sunday i been hearing a lot of noises coming from my abdominal and stomach area, like gas is moving around, its the first time i had this before and it doesnt deal with hunger. So does anyone had this problem or had experience with this before?

havent vomitted or had constipation or sickness only think is the gas and some irritation not to be considered that painful though

I already answered your question but I know you must be worried because you posted it acouple of times, so my suggestion again, go see a doctor. If finances are a problem, and I can definately relate to that, emergency rooms have to see you and you can always make payment arrangements or qualify for some kind of medical assistance, maybe medicaid.

It sounds as if you may have what they call a right inguinal hernia, which is a small out-puching of the lower intestines. This can happen due to heavy lifting or previous abdominal surgeries. You didnt mention if either of those could apply. The sound you hear are a good thing, meaning the intestines are moving the food and liquid through as they should, if you didn't have bowel sounds, you'd be in trouble. Dangers of hernias are if they become strangulated or twisted, cutting off blood supply to that area. Your pain would then go from general aching to severe, and intense, requiring surgery. Not trying to scare you, you need a doctor to diagnos you correctly...please see one as soon as you can, goodluck......

If Im not mistaken that's APPENDICITIS. I had that when I was 13 years old It's the swelling of Appendix and if you dont act right that will burst and spread all over your body and get poisoned. You should go for a check up rigt now and Im not joking. I feel so scared for you cause that not just a sickness. If you dont go to hospital right now chances are... it will spread and have stitches across your body.
I swear to God you have Appedicitis... If it were'nt for the vomiting you added i woul'nt be 100% sure.

Not a doctor, not sure what your symptoms mean, but I once lived with a guy with the same kind of deal. He had an ulcer. It's probably not life threatening, but you should definately head to the doctor's. It could be appendicitis, but that's a TOTAL shot in the dark.

Might be your gallbladder, or kidney stones, you should probablly go to the doctors.
