maybe a latex rain coat could do the job so wind wont bother! & maybe the ubrella had the best of days...meaning introduce the wife to a new one! good luck

There are many other ways beside having it up.
Use your imagination and make her happy in some other ways.
Oral sex is also recommended. If all this fail, seek help from your family doctor or some professional body.
