The spring, summer, fall & winter seasons do not apply to the tropics.

The Thai seasons are:
November thru February, dry season
March thru June, hot season
July thru October, rainy season

The best weather in Southern Thailand is during the dry season.

For any geeky types out there, the link below has the physical definition of the seasons.

There is no winter in Thailand, but between Nov to Feb, it gets cooler when the Siberian cold wind blows in from the north. Temperature drops a few degrees and it even gets quite chilly in the higher north and north-east part of the country. This is akin to winter here.

The south gets tropical weather year round. It can be rainy or sunny at the same time.

Same as anywhere else in the Northern Hemisphere, although it's always warm here, temperatures are a bit lower (generally in the mid 80's to low 90's), humidity is much lower and it's also the driest time of year. I live in
Bangkok and it hasn't rained in weeks, although other parts of Thailand (especially the south) can see significant rainfall.
