U didnt mention if you guys are currently friends or not.
But I assume you havent spoken to her before.
If she is college student : approach by saying you heard that she is really intelliigent in certain subjects and if she would clear your doubts.
If workmates : approach by asking stuff regarding work , ask her a favor to do something , something which is in her field.
if married : dont even think abt it.

i am no expert but i have been in the same situation so many times that i have found out that the most simplest words in the world to become so hard to say if you do not feel confident enough and be truthful enough to yourself that there is no first words to say because you will always leave yourself short and never take the first step into introducing yourself to her

Girls! Don't read this please. Its our secret.
Don't go directly and say anything stupid like we see in hindi films. It might be your first and last word.
Just hang around her, not letting her know that you are following her or interested in her. Wait for her to do something nice and grab the oppurtunity. Just appreciate her work in light and soft manner.
After that don't talk to her. And continue hanging around. She will talk to you. (if she is still "available").
