I do not know where, but how. I share with you your concern. Its very difficult these days to find 100% real honey. But, I can tell you how to find out if the honey is 100% pure or not. Take a dip with your finger into the honey, or scoop it with a tea spoon, then rais your hand up with it and let it trickle down slowly to the last thin shape. If it countinue to fall un-interrupted until it reaches the stage of becoming too thin, thinner than the width of a single hair, then its PURE. If, on the other hand, start to trickle down into "drops", then its not pure; diluted.

Its said that the best honey in the World is from Yemen and is called DOAN Honey! A small jurr costs around 50US dollars!

Wish I knew where you are from. In Kangaroo Island, off the southern coast of Australia, they have one of the worlds most pure honey, as no bees can navigate the extremities of the surrounding oceans, the bees and their source have stayed pure strain. They are exporting worldwide.
