Our current world population exeeds our death rate, so even if there is incarnation, where do you think the new souls are being produced?

New souls come from planets with declining populations. The reason so few people can remember their past lives is that so few people had past lives as humans.

Many Angels and star beings are incarnating so its not only human souls on earth. Also things lik elementals are incarnating at the moment. Thats pretty much it. There are alot of Angels. More then humans. Many different races are incarnating as humans due to the big shift thats coming up. Everyone wants to be here wen it happens. Hope that answers your question.

There is a possibility of the soul splitting.
Anyway your mathematics is also not completed. Some souls get liberated from the cycle of birth and death. So our current world population need more souls.
So far we have the story of the body -- production, death etc. We do not know any theory of the soul, how it is produced, how it grows, and does it also finish ? Our knowledge of the body soul is so fragmentary, when do we learn about the pure soul ??
