old scars wont go, but they will fade with time!
the only way to get them removed is by a chemical peel that you can get by a professional dermatologist!
but if its a new cut you can use neosporin its good! i have tried it on my face when i has a huge scar on my forehead and its totally gone now (even though i am the type that cant easily get rid of scars)

In the Uk you can buy Bio-Oil. It reduces signs of aging skin,scars, stretch marks loads of stuff. try and get a pot of it! my mum uses it on her skin daily!

maybe you could go to the doctor and tell them about the scars sorry i dont know any other medication

they fade by time to help it fade away i know coco butter helps a lot!!
