When I say anything..I mean within reason, i.e my normal diet.

you can eat anything you want anytime as long as you burn as many calories as you eat. If the normal diet is 2,000 a day for you then you definitely burn it off while running. I wish I was that diciplined to run 5 miles a day.

NO.

I know ! I jog sometimes 6-7 days per week, 6 miles per day because I really enjoy it. Sometimes I have to make myself take a day off and walk or do some other type of exercise.

Anyway, I have been know to put on weight during the week I jog when I have a craving for donuts. Donuts tend to stick to my stomach, hips and thighs and I feel that I eat them within the norm..........sometimes.

Anyway again, I truly believe that it is not how much you eat but what you eat.

P.S. I lost 112 pounds by jogging/walking ! First day I could only walk 7 minutes

Everyone is different but the odds are about 80% you can and 20% you cannot. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event.

Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Learn how to nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat.

Well, it's worth a try. Even if you do gain weight, i think you can always repeat the 5 mile running to lose weight again.

normal diet, running 25 miles a week - i'd say you can eat whatever you want, norm or not.

btw, you need to give yourself a day off in there. muscles need breaks.

Everyone's body and metabolism is different. If you don't gain weight eating whatever you want then don't worry about it. If you do gain weight then your answer is no.
