No one can answer you that question because no answer is satisfactory enough!!
Nature which in effect is God manages to balance itself so that nothing will go out of hand .

God's purpose to create us was so that we would be like a companion to Him. He created us to live with Him for eternity but also gave us a free will to make that choice for ourselves.
Man is the one who is destroying himself. It is God's will that all men should be saved, and that no one should perish.

We can't be sure that god created us. We do not know that we all will be destroyed. Of course we will all die eventually, but may not be destroyed. We are putting things into the imaginary god's hands, and assuming that all the things go out of his hands.

adam and eve were sewn into the skins of the flesh
were as spirits made human ,the human flesh is mortal it dies
the animus spirit that was the will sewn intio the flesh is set free from the flesh and god gives us a new body ,egsactly as the old one ,but made of spirit not flesh.
he knows we destroy and despoil this one
did you never have a car accident?
thus god cares not in the least what we do to this flesh ,but naturally looking after this one returns to god that gift of life he gives all [good /bad alike life to live]
god is in total controle ,but as a good perfect servant serves us so good we dont even hear his wisper
thank you lord.

Why does a good, loving father create a family even though he knows at times his children will disobey him and rebel against him?

To prove his love.

He's got everything under control, and always will.

He's got the whole world...in his hands.. :)

the purpose of the God creatrion is to see infinite beautifull things by making the beautifull universe, to become infinitely intelligent by putting his brain in human minds , to become infinetely strong by putting his strength in the form of living species, to become the great teacher by teching to the world........and so on.

it is the God's law for the world in which you are living ie prithvi lok that whatever is created will be desroyed. but this law is not valid for other loks ie brahama lok.

The basis of your question, that we will all be destroyed, may not be true.

Personally, I don't think we will. I think God has devised a way for us to survive death.
