4 years. Concurrently means they run alongside each other at the same time. Consecutively means one is added to the other.

concurrent terms are served at the same time, consecutive terms are served one after the other. the max time in prison as you descibed would be 4 years, the two concurrent are three, and the consecutive is one additional. however, depending on whether it is a state or federal prison, the person could be out within 18-24 months. the 18 - 24 months would be time served plus any good time and the remainder would be as on parole to complete the four years.

Two 3 year sentences running concurrently means you serve both at the same time. The other year will be added on after the 3 years is up, so that's a total of 4 years, but if you've spent a year in custody, that will be taken into consideration, & if you get time off for good behaviour, that's another year off, so you'll probably only serve 2 years.

The two 3 year sentences will be served at the same time with the 1 year sentence coming straight after. The prisoner will be spending a total of 4 years in jail.

Concurrently means : " at the same time " and
Consecutively means: " one after the other"
so the first 2 crimes of 3 yrs each are to be purged at the same time, that is 3yrs. consecutively comes in bcs after having purged the firts two crimes for a period of 3 yrs, you then purge the crime of 1 yr.
Finally, you will spent 4 years in prison

4 years. Concurrent means at the same time, consecutive means following on from so your 3yr sentences would run together and the consecutive 1 yr would follow on from that.

Four. The first two sentencesare served concurrently, so only amount to three. Then the third is consecutive to that, making four.

Four Years of which you would serve half that so you would be out under parole licence provided you have behaved yourself and played along with the prison probations mind games in about 24 months, failing that you are automatically released at 32 months but still under probation for a further 4 months, still regarded as a felon, still being punished.
