I want to convert videos into 3gp to upload to my phone, I just need a free program, anyone?

Every search item that comes up, its only trial, and i have a limit on how long it the file can be. Does anyone know of a true video converter that converts videos into 3gp, that is totally free, no trial, and no limitations on how large the file can be?
