i was once told that the only way to get over one addiction is to get another.

If that fails try carrying only the money you nee and do not look at the chocolates even if eat means cutting off your head.

Tell yourself you can only reward yourself with chocolate once a week and narrow it down to once in a fortnight and then once ina month

Hi Sweetheart. I was exactly the same as you have just described! From what you have written,I could be wrong, but I feel you have some kind of Emotional Underlying-subconscious problen which got you eating chocolate in the first place! That ia what happened to me when I was a pre-teen. I live in Australia and Major researhers have discovered that chocolate has this substance,i am sorry, I cannot recall what they named it,but it interracts directly with certain parts of your brain and they are now saying it is stronger than taking Herion. So your probably adicted like I was! I do not know what your doctors and government are like, but here,FOOD and it's effects as to whether it is good for you or not,is a VERY HIGH PRIORITY! Hypnotherapy may be able to help you discover why you first began eating chocolate in the first place, and may even be able to help you with your unncontrollable eating habit! If you smoke And drink Coffee,it will be hader, as both contain Cafine, and one feed the other,Please my dear try and seek help from your community,I was forced to stop, although,I crave the odd piece, via developing Diabeties, had no choice. I tried Carrob, but it did not give me that WOW! Chocolate fix my brain was needing. I am sorry I cannot tell you precisely how to give it up as I was forced to health wise, this could happen to you as well later in life.I hope these facts help inform you, they are not intended to frighten you! This is only a very new discovery and may not be recognised around the developed countries yet. A CONCERNED FRIEND!!!!!

Reserve faster or later a week the position you get dessert such as your meal (maximum individuals do both Friday or Saturday). eat healthful something else of the week, workout, and then you will be able to indulge your chocolate yearning on your "cheat" day. additionally they make calcium supplementations that are chocolate, and sugar-loose chocolate pudding. in case you may take care of with one among those an afternoon, it would want to help (the calcium supplementations are not any further almost as good as a Dove bar, yet they are something!)

Did you know the cockroach plauge is so bad in this country, that they get into the vats where they mix the chocolate?? All the chocolate you eat contains bits of cockroach!!

Did that work?

PS: For every snickers bar you need to work out 45 mins hard... do that everytime you eat one and see if you want another!!

Who is everyone else, and why are you eating their chocolates?

And why do you have to stop eating chocolate? As long as you are eating a healthy diet and getting lots of exercise, you should eat as much as you want.

You might want to try making chocolate your reward for exercise -- just make sure the calories you burned exceed the calories in the reward. Good luck.

Sugar cravings are related to bad eating habits. Try eating well rounded meals. If you body is craving something, that is a sign...maybe not to eat more chocolate, but that something in your food plan is missing.
