actually you all have it wrong if the rabbit bites the infected person, draws blood and then right away bites the other and draws blood, there is a chance!HCV lives alot longer outside the body than HIV or HBV. even dried infected blood, once reconstituted can spread HCV. so there is a chance to become infected since all it takes for HCV to infect a person is small enough to the unseen eye, dry or fresh. HCV (rna virus) is a blood borne disease. It is thought of at about .06% sexually transmitted, but in reality, blood was present as HCV corpuscles are not transferrable in semen, vaginal fluid, saliva or tears.
HBV, (dna virus)much different than HCV, is spread through bodily fluids in general.
HAV-is normally transferred by through infected foods with bacteria from feces-a form of "food poisoning".
HDV-is only infectious towards those who have HBV. Without HBV, you would not be able to acquire Hepatitis Delta Virus.
now, theoretically speaking, if the rabbit bites someone with hcv and then months later bites another person, it's highly unlikely that you would acquire hcv. by then the blood would most likely be gone. hcv is not thought of as zoonotic disease. (pass from animal to human, human to animal)
when in doubt get an HCV test. most people aren't aware they are infected until the virus does serious damage. if you've been bitten after someone that has either hepatitis's seek the opinion of your doctor. good luck.

One assumes you are talking about Hep B. Or maybe C. Never mind, because as far as we know, their viruses are viable only in humans and primates. People have wondered if they can give Hep C to their dogs (human-dog licking, ughhh!, but it happens). But viruses are very good at mutating and no one really knows if a rabbit can catch hepatitis from biting a human.
If you are worried, go for a test, especially you are living in close proximity with someone who has hepatitis.
