i m sorry if this is a stupid question. is carnival celebrated in dublin or in edinburgh?? if so how?
im just planning to do a truip to either cities in febuary

What's Carnival? Are you thinking of the Edinburgh Festival? Or maybe the St. Patrick's day festival in Dublin?

Or the carnival in Rio ???
