It is the opinion of the guy at the U.S. Visa place denoting his rating of the person's "hotness". The more stars the better he thinks you look. If you see someone with like 5 stars, WOW! They are hotter than the sun and will have no trouble finding someone in Hollywood pay their bills as they struggle for acting jobs.
