I need help building a motorised garage!?

I need help building a motorised garage! I have like.. started it and up to now...ive glued 3 pieces of wood together..into like a !_! now i need help on what to do now :S?! Please help!!!

It would like help if you kind a knew what and how you build before you like glue 3 boards kind of together....
Go to someone who has a commercial motorized garage door, and have a good look how it is put together, and how it works.
Then ask yourself how on earth you are going to built that huge counter lever spring by yourself....!
