Situation: the girl I love is coldly ignoring me.
Reason: We were just friends a few weeks ago although I knew I loved her. For Christmas, I gave her a necklace that might've shown how I felt. I knew she probably didn't like me but someone else instead.
Background: I've known her for three years. We are currently in the 8th grade (that's 13 years old).
Solution: Somehow to forget her or get her to like me ( I've tried and one is just as hard as the other). Please write more practical responses.

giving such a present has probably scared her a bit. Take it slowly she is only young and maybe not as mature as you. Offer friendship first as this is a far more attractive offer. Take it slow like have lunch together at school, walk to class together and then maybe later include activities outside of school. It might be too that her parents are not over keen on their daughter having a b/f at such a young age.

First of all you cannot make someone like you..You are 13 so you are going to have many more girl problems in your life, just move on to someone that does care for you...If she is you friend and you keep at her you may also lose the friendship...
