Make a rule that if anybody found guilty or caught red handed of taking bribe then he/she will be suspended immediately.
And no PF amount will be given.
No power or water or telephone connection be provided after suspension to him/her and his/her family.
He/she will be debarred from society for at least 5yrs.

i think there should be a hike in salaries, and govt office should have cameras,in office and it should be supervised by higher officials and severe punishment should be given to those who taken bribe and action should be taken with in no time
