around dec 13, my gf and i did a petting. it involved rubbing our "happy place" each other, but we still in panties. there's this liquid came out of my thing, i dunno if it's sperm or just some empty liquid. her last period was 35 days ago. my question is, could she be pregnant from petting?

First of all you sound pretty young to be "rubbing your happy place" together. To answer your question you can't get pregnant unless your underwear was off and your ejaculation touched or went into her vagina. Even then without penetration it is highly unlikely. How old is your girlfriend since it has been 35 days since her last period it sounds like she is not regular.
You both need a lot of education on this matter. Fooling around is fun and exciting but if you are going to act like adults then educate yourselves and be more responsible.
You should never have to be in a position to ask such a question.

Honey if you are scared to say...penis... then you are too young to be having a "petting" session. If the sperm, or pre-sperm aka pre *** got anywhere near her vagina then yes she can get pregnant. You didn't by chance touch your sperm and then touch her vagina...did you? People have this myth that air kills sperm on contact....nonononononon not true. IF you or your girlfriend touched the sperm with your hands, mouth, anything and placed that same hand or mouth in her vaginal area she can easily become pregnant. For both your sakes, go to Planned Parenthood and get tested, and while you are there, get some guidance on sex education, family planning, and birth control. It is free and you don't have to give your names.

If you don't know the answer to this question you are too young to be thinking about having sex.
Please educate yourself, read a book or listen up in sex ed.
You don't want to get yourself into any trouble.
No...petting will not make your girlfriend pregnant.
