almost eat a real breakfast drink a lot of water eat a salad for lunch - greek or chicken caesar is fine eat 2-3 apples in the afternoon - or other fruit eat a small dinner - like the size of an appetizer - 1/2 protein and 1/2 fruit and veggies (there's no law against fruit for dinner!) - with 6 oz of milk if you get hungry afterward, eat more fruit you can drink a cup of tea somewhere in that daily routine and exercise at least one hour every other day - bike, elliptical, swim - try to get a variety - lift weights too

Starving your body works well short term but in the long term you will probably end up heavier than before you started. I struggled with my weight for years counting every calorie and hating myself when i overindulged. I now have have a very physically demanding job and i eat without guilt. Exercise is truly the best way to lose weight, no joke. Walk instead of driving or get on your pushbike. Join some classes it can be fun. Good luck xx

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic. U DEPRIVE URSELF OF VARIETY IN FOOD, U CANNOT CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN IT FOR LONG.

start taking prenatal vitamins now will help you to conceive
you need certain proteins and vegetables which contain vitamins and minerals your body needs to survive..you want your body to be as healthy as possible in order to conceive and carry a child
why don't you just eat like a vegetarian that way you'll get proteins from beans, be eating lots of veggies for the vitamins etc...and won't have to worry about the fats you are consuming from meats and other fatty products....you could include broiled, grilled or baked fish for a variety...only use extra virgin olive oil to cook with very healthy
exercise for 30 minutes everyday..go walking after dinner or ride a bike, join YMCA to swim everyday it's easy on the joints and burns lots of calories...crank up the music and dance as you clean house this uses all your muscles and burns lots of calories

Don't do this... This will make you weak and within few days your body will start giving you signals to take normal food as you were used to take.

Have foods with less carbs. Have salads with real fruit juices (prefer fruit insteed of juice). By doing this you will maintain your energy level constantly.

Have brisk walk. Try to do things without machines. i mean avoid elevators, washing machine, dish washer, vaccum cleaner etc.

Best of luck.
