I think that Tony Blair has repeatedly refused to start a war against Vietnam. So he is the same as Harlod Wilson

Lindon banes Johnson the president at the time... it did not start out as a war originally green Barrett were sent as advisers for the montanyar or "hill people" it just escolated from there to a police action then to a so called war...
