I think the best three words in the English language are:

Thanks. Sorry and Please. Yes, "love" is a good and essential word, but many times when people say "I love you", what he she meant is actually "I love me, and I feel happier if I have you as my wife, or husband or fiance. So actually it can have a selfish reason. But "thanks" makes other people happy, and so is "sorry" and "please". They are mostly affecting other people rather than yourself.

Depends. The sound or the meaning? If I want to judge it by their sound then: sweet, congratulations and ****.
If I want to judge them by their meaning then: love, passion and compassion.
