Do you keep in contact with any EX's.....
I was in a relationship with a gal for 4 years, that is a large portion of my life, im only 22....
Im finding that sometimes i have to give things a miss, with me and my EX mutual friends, as i don't want to speak/see to my EX, is this normal, or do most people get on with their EX's.....???

No, I don't keep in contact with any of them. I am nice to them if I run into them somewhere, though.

I have kept with only one! We were together for 4 years! We ' ve been through a lot!Accidents, deaths etc. I don't see him erotically at all! And neither is he! We broke up 5 years ago! He means a lot to me!
Generally, I believe that we shouldn't keep in touch with ex's! There is no point! That's the reason I don't speak with other ex's, even though we didn't have bad break ups!

Yes, I am in contact with my first ex and use to keep in contact with other ex's as well. I understand what you mean about it being a big part of your life. I guess I like to be friends in the end because that is how it started out. (however this doesn't always work)

It's normal to want to lose contact with your EXes, but if they were really close, why not keep in touch and just be good friends?It's possible you know..

I am not in contact with any of my ex's but I hate the fact that my boyfriend is still friends with his ex! I don't like that situation one little bit.

I still remain contacting with my ex , but not often. When you no longer love your ex, it's Ok for you to make friend.

Honestly, it depends on the type of relationship I had with them, the length of time I was with them, and the reason for the breakup. I talk to several of my ex-girlfriends, just because they were great people, we just weren't right for each other. However, I don't talk to the one that cheated on me, nor will I talk to the one that broke my heart more than I thought imaginable. Just hearing her voice kills me.

No.Unfortunately my ex's never really shared the feelings of love and friendship that I felt for them and so when it was over they disappeared into the list of failed romances and I never saw them again.

mostly it depends on if the break up was mutual or if hard feeling in sued, if there are children involved, and many other contributing factors.
