MOST STATES HAVE A "OVER THE CURB LAW" ONCE U DRIVE IT AWAY,ITS YOURS! THERE ARE A FEW EXCEPTIONS... WERE U OBVIOUSLY INTOXICATED?,WAS THE CONTRACT IN A LANGUAGE U COULD UNDERSTAND? WERE THERE ANY HUGE MISREPRESENTATIONS CONCERNING THE CAR, ARE U OF LEGAL AGE TO ENTER A CONTRACT? IF NOT, THE CAR IS YOURS
